How it works

A clear process.
A shared incentive.

From understanding your ideal job to reviewing real enquiries, every stage is built around a useful commercial outcome.

Explore the four stages
01

Understand your business

Start with the work you actually want.

We discuss your services, coverage, typical projects and capacity. Together, we define the enquiries worth pursuing and agree the qualification criteria, advertising budget and lead fee before launch.

Your input: service area, ideal projects, capacity and commercial priorities.

02

Build the campaign

Make the right offer to the right customer.

We develop the advertising angle, creative and enquiry journey around your business. We agree what customers should know before enquiring and arrange the access and approvals needed to launch.

Our work: strategy, creative, campaign setup and qualification questions.

03

Launch your 30-day trial

The clock starts when the ads go live.

Preparation does not eat into your trial. Once the campaign launches, the 30-day period begins. You fund the advertising separately; our fee applies to leads that meet the agreed criteria.

Your role: follow up promptly, arrange quotes and handle the sale.

04

Review and improve

Lead quality matters as much as lead volume.

We review campaign data alongside your feedback on the enquiries. That helps us refine the creative, targeting and qualification. At the end of the trial, we review the results together and decide whether to continue.

No automatic renewal: continuing requires a new agreement.

What counts as
a qualified lead?

We agree this with you before launch. It is a definition tailored to your business, not an assumption that every form submission is billable.

  • The right serviceAn enquiry for work your business provides.
  • The right locationA project within the service area we agree.
  • Usable contact detailsThe contact requirements specified in your agreement.
  • Relevant project intentAgreed questions help establish what the customer wants and when.

An enquiry with context

A clearer starting point.
A more useful conversation.

This fictional kitchen enquiry shows the kind of project information a campaign can collect. The questions and qualification criteria are agreed around your business before launch.

Illustrative example only. This is not a real customer, a delivered lead or a promise of results.

Illustrative enquiry

Wolverhampton, WV6

Replace an existing kitchen, including units, worktops and fitting.

Within the next 3–6 months
What the homeowner wants
To discuss layouts, options and a quote for the complete project.

Why this could be relevant

A supply-and-fit project in the agreed area, with a stated timeframe and a request for a quote. It would still need to meet every criterion in the client’s agreement to be billable.

Project details are supplied by the enquirer. An enquiry does not guarantee a booking or sale.

Clear on costs.
Clear on responsibilities.

You pay the advertising budget separately and pay S&W per agreed, qualified lead. There is no fixed management fee.

A lead is an opportunity, not a guaranteed booking or sale. Your follow-up, quoting and sales process remain essential.
